Shopping Center – Lake Elsinore, CA
- Ground-up Development

OUR TEAM
Alan Robertson
Alan Robertson is the founder of PTA Real Estate. He is directly responsible firm’s vision, values, and company strategy. Throughout his career, Mr. Robertson has developed numerous successful and innovative commercial projects.
Prior to founding PTA Real Estate, Mr. Robertson was the Vice President of Development at Peninsula Retail Partners where he controlled acquisitions, entitlements, development, and dispositions of all new projects. Mr. Robertson received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine and was the captain of the varsity water polo team. Mr. Robertson is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
